Choose one or two peer commentators before Hermes analyzes the video. Segment references are selected only from each commentator’s approved catalog.
Hermes generates the commentary from extracted frames and visible hand-action windows. If Hermes fails, the app stops and shows the error; it does not silently use fixed offline text. No subtitle burn-in by default: the voice-only preview video keeps the frame clean.
Save it once, then reuse it for this same video to skip AI analysis and save tokens.
